List a rebill's disputes

Lists the disputes on a rebill, oldest first. Each line item has at most one. Dispute a charge from your dashboard.

Lists the disputes on a rebill, oldest first. Each is also the dispute of its line item in Retrieve a rebill, and lineItemId names that line item. A rebill nobody disputed returns an empty results.
